Next.js Websites and Web Apps

This site, Fyra (the assistant on it), the Anyak tea brand site and the dashboards behind my IoT builds are all Next.js. I use the App Router with server components and incremental static regeneration, TypeScript throughout, Supabase or Postgres for data and Vercel for hosting. The goal doesn't change: pages that load fast on an inexpensive phone, rank on Google and are easy to update.

What I Build With It

  • Marketing sites with static generation, structured data and good Core Web Vitals
  • Web apps and admin panels, like JM.OS, the dashboard that runs this site
  • AI features: Fyra is a Gemini assistant that answers with the page in mind
  • Dashboards for connected devices, like the fish feeder's remote control
  • Forms that don't lose leads, validated on the server with Zod
  • Scroll-driven storytelling, like the Anyak site

Questions

Yes, from WordPress, Wix or a hand-built site. I rebuild the pages, keep your URLs or redirect them so search rankings carry over, and add an editor if you want to change content yourself.
Fast on real phones. This site scores 84–91 for performance and 100 for accessibility in Lighthouse's mobile test, and I aim for the same on client work.
Yes. I deploy on Vercel by default, connect the domain, SSL and analytics, and hand the accounts over to you.
