Searching “weekly review” finds a screenshot containing those words

Problem

You copy something useful, then something else, and the first thing is gone.

Solution

A native Mac app that keeps text, links, images, screenshots, files, colors and code, and finds any of them again in a keystroke.

Approach

Swift 6 with SwiftUI and AppKit. Clip content and the text recognised in screenshots go into a SQLite FTS5 index for instant search. Sensitive clips are encrypted with CryptoKit behind Touch ID, and nothing leaves the Mac.

Outcome

  • Public beta: v0.9.5 shipped on 6 Oct 2026.
  • Search finds the words inside screenshots, not just file names.
  • Paste back into the app you were using with a double-click or Return.

Stack

Swift 6 / SwiftUI / AppKit / SQLite FTS5 / CryptoKit / Next.js
