The Patient Journey Challenge 2024 focused on improving the digital healthcare experience for patients. Our team identified key friction points in accessing health records and scheduling appointments.

The Problem

Patients often struggle with fragmented health records and confusing scheduling systems, leading to missed appointments and lack of continuity in care.

The Solution

We designed a centralized patient portal that unifies health records from multiple providers and offers a smart scheduling system that syncs with doctor availability in real-time.
