Patient Journey Challenge (AI)

In the AI track of the Patient Journey Challenge, we developed a specialized AI assistant capable of understanding complex medical queries and providing accurate, context-aware responses.

Technical Approach

We fine-tuned a large language model on medical datasets to ensure high accuracy and safety. The system includes a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline to verify facts against trusted medical journals.

Impact

The assistant helps patients understand their diagnosis and treatment plans, bridging the communication gap between doctors and patients.
